- Nothing. Our exterior inspection is free and carries no obligation. We walk your home, photograph what we find, and send an EmberSafe Inspection Report. You decide what to do next.
- Do you have to enter my home?
- No. Every EmberSafe inspection is exterior only. We don't need keys, alarm codes, or anyone home with us.
- Will hardening my home guarantee it won't burn in a wildfire?
- No, and we will never tell you otherwise. Wildfire outcomes depend on wind speed, fire intensity, neighboring fuel load, evacuation timing, and the condition of your home before our work. What we promise is to reduce your home's measurable risk and produce the documentation your insurance carrier expects.
- Are you licensed?
- Yes. EmberSafe Home is operated by Cal Building Group, Inc., a California Class B General Building Contractor. Licensed, bonded, and insured. You can verify our license at cslb.ca.gov before we ever touch your home.
- Where do you work?
- Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties only. We're California-based year-round — we don't chase fires from out of state.
- Do you guarantee insurance discounts?
- No. Discount decisions belong to the carrier. We provide WPH-aligned documentation you can share with your broker on your own terms.
