A wildfire defense system adds a live layer at the moment of threat. It is designed to complement passive hardening, not replace it. Harden the home, then add active defense on top of that foundation.
What It Does
It makes your home too wet to ignite.
The system pre-wets the roof, walls, gutters, and the 0 to 30 foot Home Ignition Zone with water and Class A firefighting foam. That layer is designed to resist wind-driven embers and radiant heat as a wildfire approaches, so ignition points on and around the home stay saturated instead of dry and combustible.

Does it work if I have already evacuated or the power is out?
Yes, that is the point of the design. The system is intended to run when nobody is home. It uses a backup battery and cellular or satellite connectivity so it can still receive commands and continue running during a Public Safety Power Shutoff. You can activate it remotely from the app after you have evacuated. Effectiveness still depends on adequate water supply, wind, and fire intensity.
Where does the water come from and what if my pressure drops?
We design a multi-source water plan. The system typically connects to your primary water supply and can automatically switch to a secondary source such as a pool, tank, or well. During a major fire event, municipal water pressure can drop. We assess your water supply, pressure, and flow before we quote, and we design the system so it does not interfere with the water supply firefighters need in your neighborhood.
Can this replace ember-resistant vents and Zone 0 hardening?
No. A wildfire defense system is an added layer, not a replacement. Passive hardening, ember-resistant vents and mesh, gutter guards, non-combustible fencing, and Zone 0 landscape work protect the home with no water, no power, and nobody on site. Fire authorities recommend hardening first. We do too. Active defense adds a layer on top of that foundation.
